After the booking is successful, MYTRIP customer service team will contact you through the contact information you left.
Customer service will confirm with you the address and time you need to be picked up.
After confirmation, customer service will provide your driver’s contact information to ensure that your trip is smooth and enjoyable.
If you need any assistance during the trip, you can contact your driver or our customer service team.

Child seats are available. If you need it, please contact us in advance to prepare it.
Please arrive at your scheduled pick-up location at least 5 minutes in advance to prevent the driver from waiting for a long time.
If the pick-up time has arrived but the driver has not yet appeared, please contact our customer service directly and we will handle it for you immediately!

Purchase

An additional fee applies for each additional pick-up or drop-off location.
You can add as many pick-up or drop-off locations as you need, there is no limit!

Your driver will wait for you for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes (90 minutes).
Any waiting time exceeding 90 minutes will be charged extra.
If you are a passenger taking a plane, please remember to provide our flight number when placing an order. Then our driver will be able to follow you according to the flight number you provided, ensuring that you can see the driver as soon as you get off the plane!
