Jordan (阿伦) is more than an excellent driver. He took great care of my group, was thoughtful, warm-hearted, polite and never late. He was knowledgeable and directed us to various cultural and historical events. His efforts made our Malaysia Tour happier and more meaningful. We became friends during the tour and we will surely recommend your company and Jordan to anyone who needs a car rental service in Malaysia.

I had a really good experience with this cab service. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to the ride itself. The driver was friendly, the car was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent.
Would definitely choose them again and recommend them to others!

Really great experience with this cab service! Everything was smooth from start to finish, and the service was excellent in every way. They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a nice surprise! The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience hassle-free. Definitely recommend them and would happily book with them again!

Very much pleased with the service. Our driver Mr. Bryan was thoroughly helpful and respectful. They even upgraded me on a more premium segmented car.

So glad that I was able to find private car transport through Mytrip Malaysia as I flew into KL and needed transport to Terengganu. They were very responsive to my Whatsapp inquiry, and were able to offer me transportation by car with airport pick up that was well organised, and communicated so all went smoothly without any complications. Their pricing is competitive, service is good and professional. They are a trustworthy transport company and Bryan, the driver who picked us up from the airport was an excellent driver. The journey we had was very safe and the car was very comfortable, overall it was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed the 4.5 hour trip. I highly recommend them for their transport services!
