We had an excellent experience with My Trip Transport. From start to finish, the service was professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to our driver, Bryan, who was experienced, confident, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
The luxury van we booked was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a truly relaxing trip. Bryan's punctuality, courteous manner, and excellent driving skills made the journey even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend My Trip Transport to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transport services. Thank you for making our trip such a pleasant one!

We’ve now used MyTrip Malaysia seven times over the past eight months for long-distance private transfers, and they have become our absolute go-to for travel around Malaysia. Our first trips with them were in October (KL → Cameron Highlands, Cameron Highlands → Ipoh, and Ipoh → Penang Airport), and since April this year our driver Ching Ren has personally driven us four more times — KL → Mersing Jetty, Mersing Jetty → KL, KL Sentral → Banjaran Hot Springs Ipoh, and tomorrow Ipoh → Penang International Airport.
Why Ching Ren is exceptional:
🚗 Incredibly smooth and careful driving. I’m now 29 weeks pregnant, so ride comfort is critical for me. On a 4-hour journey to Mersing I genuinely didn’t feel the road bumps, and the seatbelt sat gently across my belly with no pressure — a level of careful, smooth driving that is rare and made all the difference.
🚗 Always punctual — and consistently arrives for pickup a little earlier than scheduled, so we never feel rushed.
🚗 Calm, kind, and professional. Speaks excellent English, helps with luggage without being asked, and creates a relaxed atmosphere — we always travel as a family with my husband and teenage daughter.
🚗 Beautiful, immaculate Toyota Alphard. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable captain seats, strong climate control, and the company stocks bottled water, charging cables, international adapters, tissues, and even a first-aid kit in the car.
The booking experience with MyTrip is equally excellent — fast WhatsApp responses, fully transparent all-inclusive pricing (driver, fuel, highway tolls, parking — no hidden fees), and they go out of their way to accommodate special requests. When I asked specifically for Ching Ren again after our Mersing trip, they arranged it without any hesitation, every single time.
If you are looking for a private transfer anywhere in Malaysia — especially families, pregnant travelers, elderly passengers, or anyone who values a calm, premium experience over a generic ride-share — MyTrip and Ching Ren are the very best choice. Seven trips in and we wouldn’t even consider another provider. The peace of mind is worth every ringgit.
Thank you so much, Ching Ren and the entire MyTrip team! Looking forward to many more trips with you 🙏
